App keeps crashing after I try to sign in. Cant access my cameras now

Try to add camera to my wife’s phone now my phone is not hooking up to the camera so the camera is not working after working about two years. Call tech-support 45 minutes texting back-and-forth still not working junk. Junk very bad app Camera was very good

Topic says it all. Performance on the app is horrible, please update.

I don’t recomen this useless ps camera. It disconnects frequently and doesn’t allow you to go back again. It is useless

Cannot sign in to set up the camera. There’s an error message saying to email customer support. So far support hasn’t been responsive and it’s been over a day. I have this nice camera, and no way to use it.

Doesn’t work off WiFi anymore.

Please update the app so it will work on my data again works on Wi-Fi but not data

This app crashes way too much. The updates and “fixes” are garbage.

I like it. It works great with my iPhone. I wish it would work with my Apple Watch, but over all I’m pleased.

This app is the avenue in which I watch my babies. We bought TENVIS cams for baby cams and downloaded this app to view. Very basic app. Comes up faster than on my android phone app. But the "listen" function doesn't work. So I have to use my phone for that. Pretty important when using it to watch my kids. Fix that and get 5 stars.

It's a ongoing issue for awhile. I can't believe that they sleep on the issue for so long. The app just crashes when you want to access the video. This made the recording function completely useless.

This app so needs an update. Smdh. Pronto.

Worked great up until the last update which was 9 MONTHS AGO. I can still view my camera and co trip it remotely but the delay (even if I'm right next to it can be almost a minute long sometimes. Biggest issue now is that I cannot view any of my recordings in the app. Any recording I want to view and tap on install just closes/shuts down the app.

Worked fine for a few weeks. App crashes often. Will start looking for a better software and will change camera and take this back.

Love everything about these except the app crashes every time I try to view videos stored on the camera card.

We've just paid over $300 setting up a wireless bridge, new router, new modem and cameras, only for them to be rendered useless because the app is so terrible. Bought these cameras so we could go to work and view our barn from home (we breed show livestock and have these in the birthing rooms). Cameras work great. App is always freezing, won't allow log in, camera slow to load. If you're lucky enough to get it to load it freezes within seconds. Please fix your app!

I got a cam to monitor my dog. Needed to view while I'm at work. This app does it all. I can view video, listen to while viewing, I can record, and converse like a 2-way radio.

Immature cut to it. It's great but crashes if open longer then 5 min maybe? Please fix TENVIS...

I know the passwords on these camera's, but I have to enter it multiple times before it recognizes it. Sometimes won't take the password at all. I also put 32 Gb Simms in them. It worked a bit at first, but now the app blows up when I now try to look at videos. Please fix.

The app works a good majority of the time but I am constantly having to either close the app due to it freezing or it will close itself when I try and view recorded videos. I wish the app was more reliable but I hope the developers release updates very soon. *****APP crashes when I try to view videos from the SD card. Use to freeze periodically. After ios 10 update I can not access any of my recordings on the sd card!!!

Was working just fine before new iOS 10. Now all I can do is basic functions such as view and rotate camera. Can access recorded but every time I try to play it crashes. TENVIS's customer service is a joke too so good luck getting any help.

I tried downloading a few different aps so I view my tenvis camera from work. I couldn't get the port forwarding to work on any of them. On a whim I downloaded this one and it automatically found my camera and somehow automatically set it up so I could view it when I am outside my house. I can't believe how many hours I wasted trying to get the other aps to work. I haven't used the other features such as recording etc so I can't speak to them.

Works nice but is a bit buggy. You can no longer watch recorded videos. App crashes. Probably bc of iOS 10 update.

I love this camera. I can view a camera set up in Louisiana even while in NC and WV. Very good price too.

You can't view the videos recorded in the SD card from this application! The app will crush if I select to open the recorded videos. Please fix this issue, as it is very important feature.

This app now is working very good for remote view after adding device IP camera through firewall in router, thank you.

The update said, some fixes. In reality they fixed all the problems. The app no longer crashes all the time. Video playback works quite well. The app connects to the the camera quickly. Everything is fixed.

This app records choppy footage and audio for the motion capture feature. The app crashes frequently and is not reliable. Please update with a fix asap to make product useful.

Terrible app. Worked for a couple mins then froze/disconnected. Waste of time.

Don't waste your time with this. Take your camera back and get a different brand.

Takes some time to get the cameras working. Once their up and running the app rarely works. The app crashes 9/10 times when opening the audio to speak or hear. Now my cameras need to be connected to Ethernet 100 percent of the time, they do not connect to WiFi any longer. Please do not buy these.

Cannot get any camera to work, junk.

Easy to set up. Works over mediocre LTE signal, negligible delay. I wouldn't say this is a five star app but it is decent and merits way better than the 1 or 2 stars as of writing this.

This app is not good to use & plus I can not see what my dog was doing & what he is getting into. I would highly recommend not using this app at all & it took me a day & 1/2 for me to get it working when i could be doing something & I could not get into 3 days after I got it set up

I'm having good success with this app. There is a little bit of delay when rotating the camera but no more than I would expect. Set up was easy. It wouldn't let me keep the default password so I changed it to my own and it worked fine. The picture quality is good.

Horrible product. Got it to work once for about ten minutes. Now it won't work ( wifi or hard wired ). Will never recognize my password or let me enter a new one. Instead of wasting any more hours on it I just tossed it in the garbage.

Worst app and product I have used in a long time. Instructions unclear, interface non intuitive and non functional. How hard should it be to connect a camera to wifi?

Every update they do crashes. My 2 year old daughter is a better programmer then what they have on their staff.

this app will not allow you to use your cameras, take your cameras back and get someones that work on a mobile app..don't download this app..
